HCL Laptop / HCL Desktop / HCL Tablets Complaints

I purchased HCL ME i7 processor laptop in September 2012. It comes with 3 years warranty. For the next 18 month my laptop was in very good condition. In march 2014, my laptop stops working and i submitted my laptop to hcl service center.
 They are saying that " the part is not in our stock, you must wait for some days."
And now its about 50 days my HCL laptop is still in service center,
God knows when they will return my laptop.

Service of HCL service center is very worse quality. You can enjoy your HCL product until it is working properly. After one time damage or hang you will lose your product, and you will never know that you will get back your product or not.

Please submit your complaints about HCL Product. So that other people can read about HCL World Class Product and they can choose what to buy or what not.
